GTB company processes the glass panes of 3-19 mm thickness and offers the following processing:

Glass cutting
We cut standard, coloured, ornamented or glued glass panes on a CNC cutting machine. According to the drawing we are capable of cutting both regular and irregular shapes.
Glass shaping, edging, bevelling and engraving
The processing is carried out on the CNC centers which are known for their exactness. Therefore, each glass pane corresponds 100% to the project documentation. In our machinery background there are a lot of single-purpose machines dedicated to the low series or prototype production. The possibilities of CNC processing centers are almost endless; it depends just on the imagination of the customer or the designer.
Glass hardening
The glass is, due to its nature, very fragile substance and therefore, in order to improve its utilization options out of the security point of view, we offer its hardening. The glass is heated to the temperature of 620 °C - 680 °C and then it is rapidly re-cooled. We are able to harden pure, coloured, ornamented as well as low emission glass. Thanks to the hardening the glass becomes more resistant against impact of the physical object as well as the temperature alterations. The hardened glass is five times more resistant against the breakage than the non-hardened one. Unlike the common glass, which usually falls to large and sharp pieces, if the hardened glass happens to crack and break, it falls to very small pieces which are not sharp, which decreases significantly the risk of injury. Therefore, the hardened glass is usually installed on the spots where mechanical resistance as well as protective environment are required (shower areas, door fillings, glass walls or railings).
Silk-screen printing on an automatic machine
The high quality print, usually required by our customers, has made us to invest to the automatic silk-screen printing machine, which has lead not only to the increase of the productivity, but above all to the increase of the printing quality.
Glass full-area colouring
After a long lasting testing and thanks to a special technology we have come to the solution of the undesired transparency of the glass. Therefore, today we are capable to offer straight or dome-shaped, coloured (according to RAL sample book) hardened glass, tailored according to the requirements of the customer, who just sends the glass and specifies the colour. The glass is hardened and therefore it can be well applied indoors as well as outdoors (glass tiles, glass kitchen working boards etc.)
The production of simple and insulation dome-shaped glass panes
Since the very beginning of our activity we have been involved in the production of dome-shaped glass boards. A long year experience in this field has made us experts in their production. We dispose the largest bending oven in the Czech republic and therefore we are able to produce extremely large dome-shaped panes mostly used as components of the outdoor architecture. We produce glued or insulation glass panes. When producing the insulation glass, we apply the technology of hot frame by Edgetech company (USA), which guarantees top level insulation qualities.
Production of the glued glass panes
Glued glass is produced from straight or dome-shaped panes. We focus mostly on boards of atypical sizes and thicknesses.
Processing of ceramic glass
We process ceramic glass panes used in ovens and firesides. Due to our know-how in silk-screen printing we offer ceramic glass panes with prints which have actually become popular with producers of stoves and fireside internal parts.
Sanded glass
Pure glass is sanded through a flow of tiny particles of the silicon sand. We can either sand the whole surface of the glass board or just a required part according to a pattern. We recommend covering sanded part of the glass with a protective paint.
